HEALTHY, NUTRITION AND PERSONAL HYGIENE.



I would like to talk about healthy, nutrition and personal hygiene. Do you obtain and utilise nutrients in your body? Does your body look healthy, tidy, clean and shiny. Today I would like to talk about our body health, nutrition and personal hygiene. All people have different behaviours and characteristics, though we have one similar mode of feeding. No one likes his/her body being weak, rough and dirty.


People have different body size, though we should all adapt the same healthy and hygiene. Been health is when a person has a strong physical and mental body. Secondly people live moving from one place to another, hereby, they sweat, feel hungry and thirsty, they become dirty and sometimes weak. Therefore a person is required to eat, drink water, wash his/her body, wash his/her clothes, rest and sleep, for a better life.



Have you ever stayed for more than a week without eating and drinking? It's very hard for a human being to survive on those days. Therefore acquiring nutrients in our body makes us feel strong, builds our body and the ability to think. Normally we are supposed to have three meals  or more in a day. We should acquire a balance diet food to avoid deficiency diseases. We should drink about two litres of water to increasing our body fluids and cool our body, we should also eat fruits and vegetables to acquire vitamins and avoid constipation due to some available roughages.



For a better body healthy, we should have regular physical exercises. Never allow your body to grow fat, this would lead you to some body diseases such as high pressure due to slow heartbeat. Performing exercises makes us strong, it reduces extra body fats in the body through sweating. Physical exercises include; running, skipping, jumping, body stretch, hopping and gyms. Anyone can perform this types of exercises, there is no any specific age and gender required.


A person can have a good healthy but a poor body hygiene. We should wash our clothes and take a bath daily to avoid smelling, been attacked with dirty parasitic pests that can harm our body. We should brush our teeth every after eating a meal, we should defesticate on toilets and maintain a clean environment to avoid diseases. A good hygienic person feels comfortable, happy and lives an enjoyable life.


Everyday, I wake up early in the morning, I perform body stretching and run around our homestead. I always have four balance diet meals a day. My body looks strong and health, however, every Saturday I wash my clothes and our homestead. I always have a bath twice a day. I have been protecting my body.  I live a simple and happy life without any disturbance.


If you would like to live a happy and comfortable life, follow the above routine. Make your body rest while performing exercises. Never allow yourself to live unhealthy life. You are great, build your body healthy and strong.
