I would like to emphasis on the top ways of resolving conflicts, fights, quarrel and wars. It only takes a short time to love someone but a full lifetime to hate someone. Why do we quarrel, fight and even hate each other? Where is our past love, care and kindness? It's very hard surviving without friends, relatives and our community.
Resolving conflicts is when a disagreement is settled, creating peace and harmony to the people involved. Conflict can occurs to more than one person or a group of people. No one likes conflits, however, it occurs suddenly due to some argument.
God created all people, moreover, we have different behaviours, characters and ideas. We should understand this differences, we aren't similar though we have equal rights, and freedom, we are also equal on Gods' eyes.
While interacting with other people we should have moral behaviours, we should never oppose our fellow guys, never allow any room for disagreement make use of your mind, think twice before you talk, resolve any issue that faces you.
It's very wrong when people argue due to different ideas. Others disagree from each other due to different religions. Hereby, people have different ideas though they bring or end up to a common answer, never hate someone due to some argument, instead change the topic immediately.
In our class we have only one mathematics textbook, hereby, when we are given some assignment the whole class argue each requesting that they have to carry the book at home, no one agrees to each other, however the class prefect decides to solve out this issue by writing the assignment on the blackboard, everyone is happy. In this story the class prefect has tried to resolve the conflict among the pupils.
Conflict it's very dangerous since it has some consequences. It causes fighting, hatred, violence and even stress. Many people divorce with their families, others are chased away, though this isn't the right choice to perform.
Leaders should play their roles and responsibilities has required. Get encouraged never allow conflict, live, love and laugh for a better lifestyle resolve any issue, contribute building unity and peace in the world.
